You would also be required to provide us with the following information:

1. Customer's date of purchase.
2. Product information such as:
   • Name
   • Product Code
   • Size
   • Colour
   • Serial Number
3. Attach clear photographs and/or a video showing the issue with the product.
   • Full view of the product
   • Close up view of the fault
   • Product information (Refer to point number 2)
4. Describe relevant details about the issue that are shown on the photos and/or video.

Once you have all the required information ready:

1. Use this format for the email subject:
   Username - Product Name - Brief and concise issue
   
   For example:
   DeepBlueSea - Xenos 3mm - Broken zipper
